Description
‘Solva Harbour’
“I call Solva and the Harbour, idllyic. Nestling between two high rugged cliffsides the valley is known as Lower Solva with the main street of the small town famous for its pastel coloured buildings and the quaint harbour. The harbour is tidal and a very popular location for boating enthusiasts. I love it when then tide is in leaving the boats bobbing with the sea’s movements. Definitely one of my most favourite places, I have painted this beautiful harbour scene twice. The latest looking over towards the Old Lifeboat Station and the harbour in the far distance.” Lynda Griffiths
