“The Day Into the Night” is an ethereal abstract seascape sunset oil painting 50cm x 50cm (20 x 20 inches) on a 4cm (1.5 inch) deep canvas.
Inspired by the last light of the day over the sea in Hastings. It’s titled from “My Chair” by Martha Tilston.
It’s painted in shades of blue with orange, yellow and white. The paint is layered and blended and has a satin sheen.
The painting continues around the sides of the canvas and it is signed on the back. It is ready to hang and comes with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
Shipping is free in the UK and sent with trackable courier. It should arrive within 48 hours of despatch but please allow a little longer because of the current courier delays.
Please note the in situ images are not to scale but hopefully they give a good idea of how the painting will look in a modern interior.
